Eagle's Peak
Community Regeneration Project
Eagle's Peak is a bespoke village/community regeneration project that we have created in partnership with The Lupine Group
Eagle's Peak is designed to house up to 200 individual families and create a feeling of aspiration and inspiration amongst its residents. Each development will use the Lupine Home's houses and apartments. At the centre of the development is always the "hub" where there is a series of local shops, such as supermarket (small scale) Laundrette, fast food etc. There will also be a community hall and a local pub called the gatito borracho that during the day will serve family meals and discounts for veterans and the elderly while in the evening will have spaces for the local residents to meet up and have a few beers to relax.
How Does it Work?
Once an Eagle's Peak Development is announced, local residents will be invited to part exchange their own homes (See part exchange program) these residents will then be able to choose a home of similar value, or increase their mortgage (Circumstances dependant) to purchase a larger home.
We will also invite residents who are currently renting, to take advantage of our part ownership program (See part ownership program for more details) which sees those who struggle to save a deposit for their home, still able to become a home owner.
